A purchase is governed by a written purchase contract prepared by your assigned agent and signed by both parties. Nothing on this site, including a listing or a reservation request, constitutes a purchase contract or a binding offer of sale. The final contract terms, governing law and jurisdiction are stated in that contract.

Vehicle condition, documentation and safety status are checked before completion, and the inspection documentation is provided to you by your assigned agent. Where inspection documentation has not yet been uploaded for a listed vehicle, the listing states this. We do not publish inspection scores or condition grades that are not evidenced by documentation.

A reservation is a request to hold a vehicle while your purchase is processed. It is secured by a deposit of 10% of the vehicle price, confirmed to you before any payment is requested. A reservation does not transfer ownership of the vehicle. Ownership transfers only on completion of the signed purchase contract and settlement of the full purchase price.

The reservation deposit is paid in cryptocurrency through the payment provider's secure checkout — you choose the coin and send from your own wallet; wallet keys and funds are never handled by this site. If online payment is unavailable on your reservation, the deposit is arranged directly with your assigned agent, who confirms the exact amount and method in writing before anything is paid. The balance of the purchase price is never taken online.

Your deposit is refundable if, after viewing and test driving the vehicle, you decide not to continue with the purchase — provided the vehicle shows no issue or damage beyond its documented condition. The refund is processed by your assigned agent. An unconfirmed reservation request expires automatically after the period stated in your reservation confirmation.

Delivery or collection is agreed with your assigned agent. Where shipping is used, it is quoted based on the destination. Delivery timescales are confirmed by your agent for the specific vehicle and destination; we do not publish general delivery times.

Before completion, your assigned agent verifies your identity and the details required for the purchase contract, in line with the requirements applicable in your country. Verification documents are requested directly by your agent and are not uploaded through this website.

We serve buyers in Europe, and every vehicle we list is based in and sourced from within the European Union. The countries available for a specific vehicle depend on its documentation and registration status and are confirmed by your assigned agent.

We collect the personal data you submit through the contact and reservation forms — your name, email address, telephone number, country, any address details you provide and your message — in order to respond to your enquiry and process your reservation. This data is stored securely and is used only for that purpose and for any legal obligations that apply. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the contact form. The full privacy notice, including the data controller identity and retention periods, is published once the company identity above is verified.

Listings describe vehicles to the best of the information held at the time of publication and may be updated or withdrawn. Prices are shown in euro. Availability is indicated on each listing and is confirmed by your agent. Use of this site does not create any obligation to sell or to reserve a vehicle.

Complaints should be submitted through the contact form with the enquiry type "Complaint". We acknowledge complaints in writing and route them to a person not involved in the original case where possible. The formal complaints procedure, including response deadlines and any external dispute route, is published once the company registration details above are verified.
