Process
How reservations work
Reserving with Red Line Cars is a request to hold a vehicle while a dedicated agent completes the purchase process with you. It is not a purchase in itself.
Step 01
Browse the inventory
Every listed vehicle shows its published price, specification, equipment and known history. Where documentation is still being collected, the listing says so rather than estimating.
Step 02
Submit a reservation request
A reservation is secured with a deposit of 10% of the vehicle price, confirmed to you before any payment is requested.
Step 03
An agent is assigned
A named agent takes ownership of your case and is your single point of contact from that moment until completion.
Step 04
Identity verification
The agent verifies your identity and the details needed for the purchase contract, in line with applicable requirements in your country.
Step 05
Inspection and safety checks
The vehicle's condition, documentation and safety status are checked, and the inspection documentation is shared with you.
Step 06
Contracts and paperwork
The purchase contract, registration paperwork and any export or import documents are prepared and signed.
Step 07
Delivery or collection
You and your agent agree on delivery or collection. Shipping, where used, is quoted based on the destination.
Step 08
Completion
Ownership transfers on completion of the signed purchase contract and settlement of the full purchase price.
What a reservation does and does not do
A reservation does not transfer ownership of the vehicle. Ownership transfers only on completion of the signed purchase contract and settlement of the full purchase price.
After a reservation request is submitted, an assigned agent handles identity verification, inspection, safety checks, contracts, paperwork and delivery or collection through to completion.
Reservation payments
The reservation deposit is paid in cryptocurrency through the payment provider's secure checkout — you choose the coin and send from your own wallet; wallet keys and funds are never handled by this site. If online payment is unavailable on your reservation, the deposit is arranged directly with your assigned agent, who confirms the exact amount and method in writing before anything is paid. After you submit a reservation request, you receive a reference and your assigned agent contacts you to arrange the deposit and the balance. Your deposit is refundable if, after viewing and test driving the vehicle, you decide not to continue with the purchase — provided the vehicle shows no issue or damage beyond its documented condition. The refund is processed by your assigned agent.
