A reservation does not transfer ownership of the vehicle. Ownership transfers only on completion of the signed purchase contract and settlement of the full purchase price.

After a reservation request is submitted, an assigned agent handles identity verification, inspection, safety checks, contracts, paperwork and delivery or collection through to completion.

The reservation deposit is paid in cryptocurrency through the payment provider's secure checkout — you choose the coin and send from your own wallet; wallet keys and funds are never handled by this site. If online payment is unavailable on your reservation, the deposit is arranged directly with your assigned agent, who confirms the exact amount and method in writing before anything is paid.

Description

An exceptionally early 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Coupé in its original DB 180 Silver Grey Metallic colour combination, paired with blue plaid cloth seats and blue leather trim. First delivered to San Francisco on 24 February 1955, this Gullwing spent many years in California before moving to Switzerland in 1986. It was acquired from an Italian collector in 2012 and has remained in the same careful collector ownership for more than 14 years. A substantial partial restoration was completed in 2012–2013, followed by considerate use and regular specialist maintenance. Delivery is arranged separately and quoted according to destination, including European and USA delivery.
